Job Responsibility
* Manage pre & post contract
* Review Contract Document;
* Cost, change and claim management
* Initiate and draft official correspondences to state holders;
* Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation;
* Monitor and manage project budget, contract revenue and cash flow;
* Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
Requirement
* Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
* Minimum 12 years' of relevant working experience with 5 years in contract and commercial management;
* Proficient in Standards Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS):
* Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution;
* Background in Quantity Surveying;
* Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million
