Job Summary

As a Contracts Executive / Senior Contracts Executive, you will drive pre- and post-contract administration activities to support project delivery. You will lead cost analysis, subcontractor negotiations, and contract management to ensure accurate financial control and compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze detailed cost comparisons to support tender and contract decisions
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project costs
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and settlement documentation to ensure accurate contract financial management
• Administer contracts by preparing progress claims and liaising effectively with Client representatives to facilitate timely approvals
• Review and prepare responses to claims and variation costs to mitigate risks and protect company interests
• Compile subcontractor quotations and submit them for internal review and approval to maintain procurement compliance
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims, prepare payment certificates, and secure approvals from relevant parties to ensure accurate payments
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions to close out contracts efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage contract-related tasks and resolve issues proactively
