Job Responsibilities:

• Plan sales activities and find ways to grow the customer base.

• Take care of existing customers and look for new clients.

• Build good relationships by understanding customer needs and solving their problems.

• Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and contract terms.

• Join tenders and submit the required documents on time.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Keep track of market trends and look for new business opportunities.

• Follow up on overdue payments when needed.

• Prepare monthly sales and performance reports.

• Follow company policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in sales, contract handling, or customer service roles.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to use Microsoft Office and prepare basic reports.

• Can work independently and also as part of a team.

• Careful, organized, and attentive to details.
