you will oversee contract administration and commercial matters for infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on LTA-related works. This includes managing variation orders, claims, and ensuring compliance with the Security of Payment Act, while leading a team of contracts and QS staff.

about the job

• manage contract reviews, variation orders (VO), and cost claims
• ensure compliance with the Security of Payment Act (SOPA)
• lead and guide a team of contract and QS personnel
• coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• monitor commercial risks, cost control, and documentation
• support tender submissions and evaluate subcontractor packages

knowledge and skills

• bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• minimum 8 years of contract management experience, with LTA project exposure
• strong knowledge of VO, claims, and SOPA
• prior experience leading a team
• good communication and negotiation skills
