Monday to Friday, 8:10am – 5:30pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

Near Lakeside

Transport Arrangement

• Morning pickup from Lakeside MRT at 7:45am.
• Evening pickup from office at 5:40pm to Lakeside, Boon Lay and Choa Chu Kang.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support HR-related projects and corporate development initiatives.
• Assist with corporate events, employee engagement activities and internal campaigns.
• Design and update corporate profiles, brochures, presentations and other communication materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the administration of corporate gifts, awards and incentives.
• Assist in recruitment, employee relations and other HR functions as required.
• Provide general administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimally Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with design software or tools will be an advantage.
