RESPONSIBILITIES

2026 marks the 10th anniversary of the Company of Good (COG10), a significant milestone for NVPC and the broader business community. This milestone year presents a strategic opportunity to catalyse the next phase of growth by rallying the COG community to deepen their commitment to purpose and impact.

As part of this celebration, NVPC is seeking a Project & Events Management professional on a contract basis to lead the coordination and delivery of the COG10 Travelling Showcase. This showcase aims to bring the Company of Good recognition mark and its impact stories to life for a consumer audience in an engaging and accessible way.

COG Travelling Showcase [Primary Scope]

• Draft project schedule and maintain timely completion of milestones
• Work with internal and external stakeholders for the planning and delivery of the project
• Develop and execute consumer activation mechanisms to enhance attendee experience and facilitate the tracking of participation
• Manage vendors/partners for on-site execution of the project
• Support participating Companies of Good in the ideation of their impact initiatives where relevant and facilitate their smooth execution by liaising with the mall operator
• Work closely with marketing team and oversee the production of required collaterals for the project
• Be on-site to oversee setup, smooth execution during the show days, and teardown for each Showcase location
• Ensure adherence to approved budget and all procurement processes, including generating final expenditures report
• Keep notes of discussion or meetings with external stakeholders to ensure proper records of decisions or commitment made
• Compile a post project report detailing participation figures and impact measurement

COG Events [Secondary Scope]

• Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of the Company of Good Conference & Conferment events
• Ensure alignment of messaging and content across the Travelling Showcase and key milestone events (e.g. July and November)
• Provide on-site support for other Company of Good engagements involving corporate partners and leaders

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in MICE/Events Management, Communications, Marketing or Business
• Experience and track record in events management or executing B2C activation
• Experience in managing client/corporate relationships, preferably in a B2B context
• Strong ability to communicate value propositions clearly and tailor messaging to diverse corporate audiences
• Experience in collaborating effectively across teams or departments
• Comfortable navigating competing stakeholder interests
