• Having QS or contract administration work experience in civil infrastructure projects is preferred.

Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Contracts team in daily contract administration.
• Prepare subcontractor correspondence and progress payment documents.
• Assist with Letter of Award and Sub-Contract Agreement submissions.
• Check contract documents for completeness.
• Upload, distribute and maintain contract documents, addendums and clarifications.
• Maintain proper filing and ISO documentation.
• Provide basic procurement support when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred
