Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth
• Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and strategic gaps
• Plan and manage content calendars across all digital platforms to ensure consistent and purposeful publishing
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to produce high-quality and strategically aligned content
• Oversee the creation of compelling content across multiple formats including blogs, social media, emailers, and videos
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously refine content strategies
• Ensure all content is brand-consistent, SEO-optimised, and tailored to resonate with target audiences
• Develop content frameworks, guidelines, and messaging matrices to maintain consistency across all channels
• Stay updated on content trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital platforms to keep strategies innovative
• Present content strategies, insights, and performance reports to internal stakeholders clearly and confidently

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
