Responsibilities

1. Lead creative concept development and storyboarding for engaging video content, including real estate market research, promotional videos, and event highlights.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all branded content aligns with PropNex voice, values, and objectives.
3. Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to develop content promotion strategies that boost visibility and engagement.
4. Drive initiatives that amplify PropNex value proposition with a keen eye for detail.
5. Oversee the planning and coordination of filming locations and schedules.
6. Write and refine scripts as needed to support video production.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of green screen production, from lighting and shooting to keying and compositing.
8. Take part in all stages of production (pre-production, video production, post-production), including the creation of video animations and effects.
9. Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and shooting techniques to continuously elevate production quality and brand presence.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma Level.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field would be advantageous.
3. Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
4. Passion for video production and content creation.
5. Proficient in operating video equipment (e.g., DSLR, professional video cameras, lighting setups, gimbals).
6. Expertise in software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
7. Highly creative with strong aesthetic instincts, attention to detail, and a willingness to push creative boundaries.
8. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
9. Good to have: familiar with studio equipment, including multi-cams, video switchers and teleprompter.
