Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator who is deeply immersed in the world of cryptocurrency and understands how to captivate audiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing engaging content across various platforms to educate, inform, and inspire our users. You'll be the voice and visual storyteller behind our brand, making complex crypto concepts accessible and exciting for both crypto natives and newcomers.
What You'll Do:
Content Strategy & Ideation:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and brand teams to understand overarching business objectives and translate them into compelling content ideas.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience insights to identify content opportunities and develop a robust content pipeline and calendar.
- Proactively brainstorm, pitch, and develop innovative content concepts that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audiences (from beginners to experienced traders).
Content Production (Multi-Format):
- Written Content: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various platforms including blog posts, articles, website content, email newsletters, social media captions, ad copy, and educational guides.
- Visual Content: Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging infographics, illustrations, charts, and other static visuals that simplify complex information and enhance written content.
- Video Content: Develop scripts, storyboards, and concepts for video content (e.g., explainers, tutorials, market updates, brand stories, short-form social videos) and potentially assist with basic filming or editing, or direct external video resources.
- Motion Graphics/Animations: Create basic motion graphics or animated explainers to bring data and concepts to life.
Crypto & Blockchain Expertise:
- Deeply understand cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, Web3, and market dynamics.
- Translate complex technical and financial concepts into easy-to-understand and digestible content for a broad audience.
- Ensure all content is factually accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant industry standards and potentially local regulations (e.g., MAS guidelines).
Brand Voice & Consistency:
- Act as a guardian of the brand voice and tone across all created content, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Ensure all visual elements are in line with our brand identity.
SEO & Performance Optimization:
- Apply SEO best practices to all written content to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g. website traffic, engagement rates, time on page, conversion metrics) and derive actionable insights to optimize future content.
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action to maximize content effectiveness.
Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including marketing specialists (social media, public relations, performance), product managers, and customer support to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on content as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats.
- Demonstrable and deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and DeFi ecosystems.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills , with the ability to adapt writing style and tone for different platforms and audiences.
- Experience creating engaging content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media (X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), and websites.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media publishing tools.
- Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and relevance of information, especially in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Familiar with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for basic edits).
- Familiar with video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) or basic motion graphics.
- Familiar with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights).
