Key Responsibilities

• Subscribe to Kahmuninc’s YouTube channel
• Watch assigned video content and accumulate 100 hours of total watch time within one month
• Analyse the content and develop original, high-quality ideas for future YouTube videos
• Submit your ideas via email after completing the 100-hour requirement

Selection Process
There is no traditional interview required.
Instead, candidates will be evaluated based on the quality, creativity, and relevance of their submitted video ideas.

Compensation & Progression

• Selected individuals will receive payment for their time and contributions
• Opportunities to contribute to future content creation and video development
• Hired individuals will be put on company’s payroll with CPF contributions
• Hired individuals are paid based on time spent replaying videos while brainstorming for new content pay per hour(basic pay)

Work Flexibility (After Selection)

• Full-time: Minimum 360 hours/month
• Part-time: Minimum 180 hours/month
• Ad-hoc: 1–2 hours/day
