HR Assistant

📅 Contract: Jul 2026 – Feb 2027
⏰ Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
💰 Salary: Up to $3,800

Job Scope:
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
• Support onboarding activities and coordinate workstation preparation
• Manage recruitment postings and assist with hiring coordination
• Handle employee benefits administration and insurance claims
• Liaise with insurers and employees on benefit-related matters
• Coordinate meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities
• Support office facilities management and upkeep of office equipment
• Provide general HR and administrative support as required
