Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms
  • Provide accurate information and support for general patient-related enquiries
  • Handle and follow up on customer feedback professionally
  • Liaise with internal departments to support enquiry resolution and service requests
  • Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems and maintain proper records
  • Follow SOPs, operational procedures, and escalation protocols (including emergency or priority cases)
  • Handle emergency activation and follow established emergency communication protocols
  • Participate in training, assessments, and audits as required
  • Maintain service quality standards in line with organisational requirements

Details

  • 5-day work week (including 1 weekend)
  • Shift-based roster AM: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM ; MID: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Basic Salary: $2,100 + $400 monthly allowance
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Work Location: Woodlands South (may be deployed to MacPherson if required)
  • Employment Type: Full-time contract (yearly renewable)

Requirements

  • Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
