Job Summary

Ensure timely and compliant execution of construction works by supervising site activities, coordinating workers, monitoring progress and quality, and supporting documentation for claims.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and operators to ensure efficient site operations and adherence to project schedules
• Monitor construction progress and workmanship quality to maintain compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
• Track work activities on site to ensure timely completion aligned with project timelines
• Assist in preparing detailed information for office use in progressive claims and variation orders (VO) documentation
  

Requirements

• Candidate with at least 3 year relevant working experience
• Timber or carpentry experience would be a plus
• Class 3 driving license is a bonus
