Job Summary

Lead site coordination and oversee daily construction operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery. Manage technical professionals and operational staff while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site activities to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
• Collaborate with clients as their representative to meet time, cost, and quality objectives
• Supervise and manage technical professionals including Resident Engineer (RE) and Resident Technical Officer (RTO) on site
• Implement the Project Manager’s work plan effectively to achieve project milestones
• Plan and organize site temporary facilities, including site access and storage areas, to support construction activities
• Lead and direct daily operations of the site team to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure project progress and compliance
• Enforce safety, hazard control, and industrial hygiene programs to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure smooth project completion by monitoring progress and resolving issues proactively
• Prepare and present reports detailing project changes and interventions to achieve desired outputs
• Assist the Project Manager in administering claims, variations, and resolving disputes arising during the project
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required to support project objectives
