Job Description:

The Plumbing and Sanitary Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing plumbing and sanitary engineering projects . The role involves collaborating with project teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. The Engineer will also be responsible for providing technical expertise, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage plumbing and sanitary engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on plumbing and sanitary engineering design and construction.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary engineering projects in Singapore
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Vietnam is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and sanitary engineering principles and practices.
• Experience working on engineering projects in Vietnam is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
