Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The candidate will coordinate site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise renovation and construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Prepare project schedules, work progress reports, and site documentation
• Monitor project timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Resolve site issues and technical problems promptly
• Ensure materials and manpower are properly scheduled
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients
• Verify subcontractor claims and project variations
• Ensure successful project handover upon completion

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
• Able to read drawings and project specifications
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with workplace safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage (optional)
