Operation Manager (Flooring)

• Salary: S$3,200 – S$3,800 basic + AWS + variable bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee our flooring operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction or renovation sector, with hands-on experience managing projects, teams, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage daily flooring installations.

• Recruit, train, and supervise flooring installation contractors.

• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control.

• Process work orders and labor ticket paperwork daily.

• Plan, execute, and ensure timely completion of flooring projects.

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and personnel.

• Lead a team of flooring installers, technicians, and support staff.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Develop and manage project budgets; monitor expenses and prepare financial reports.

• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations; implement safety protocols.

• Prepare regular operational reports, including project status, team performance, and key metrics.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating budgets, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in the construction sector in flooring or renovation (renovation contractors, building materials, or construction companies)

• Proven experience in operations management and project oversight.

• Knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
