- Degree in civil engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board ore qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience and at least 8 years of experience in the management and construction of vehicular structures and road projects of a similar nature.
- Familiar with LTA road projects specifications and requirements.
