Job Description & Requirements

• •  Overseeing all onsite construction processes to ensure timely completion.
  •  Implementing health and safety plans, enforcing regulations, and reducing workplace hazards.
  •  Inspecting work to ensure compliance with specifications, plans, and building codes
  • Organizing work crews, assigning tasks, and providing leadership/mentorship to workers.
  • Managing subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries.
  •  Preparing daily reports, tracking costs, and managing on-site documentation. 
  • Effectively bilingual (preferably have to handle Bengali workers)
  • May have to work overnight ( preferably at night shift until late night)
