We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and optimize server hardware and related components for high-performance, energy-efficient AI computing systems. You will work closely with our R&D and deployment teams to ensure our solutions meet cutting-edge performance, reliability, and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test high-performance computing server hardware.

• Optimize hardware for immersion-cooled and energy-efficient operations.

• Collaborate with firmware, software, and systems teams to integrate hardware with AI workloads.

• Conduct hardware troubleshooting, validation, and performance benchmarking.

• Stay updated on emerging server hardware technologies and AI computing trends.

• Document designs, test results, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in server or high-performance computing hardware design.

• Strong knowledge of PCB design, thermal management, power delivery, and cooling solutions (immersion or liquid cooling preferred).

• Familiarity with AI hardware accelerators (GPUs, TPUs) and high-performance storage systems.

• Hands-on experience with hardware testing, validation, and benchmarking.

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with tropical environment deployments and heat management.

• Knowledge of edge computing or data-center-grade server solutions.
