Job Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding and periodic review processes.

• Develop, review, and implement company policies and internal regulations.

• Design and monitor control frameworks to prevent, detect, and address breaches of regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Oversee compliance-related business operations, including policies, investments, and procedures.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and continuously enhance compliance frameworks.

• Review procedures, reports, and processes periodically to identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.

• Assess new and future business initiatives to identify compliance risks and provide advisory support to the Products and Research teams.

• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and external regulatory authorities, as required.

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other relevant statutory bodies.

• Liaise and coordinate with MAS on reporting requirements, regulatory submissions, and follow-up queries.

• Stay updated on regulatory developments, industry standards, and best practices in compliance and governance.

• Review colleagues’ work when required to identify compliance gaps and provide guidance or training.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
