Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review and resolve card scam related cases
- Responsible for conducting investigation into Cards related scam cases
- Provide investigation reports and information and documentation
- Assist in managing scam fraud follow up end to end processes
- Assist in administrative work related to all fraud cases
- Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Compliance functions
- Proficient in MS Office
