Provide transportation support to the Executive Director and other staff as assigned.

Transport workers to and from worksites and lodging as required.

Collect and deliver goods, tools, and materials from suppliers to sites or office.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and roadworthy at all times.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights, etc.).

Monitor and report any vehicle issues or incidents to the Management promptly.

Maintain accurate trip records including mileage, locations, and fuel usage.

Assist with loading and unloading items when required.

Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations and ensure safe driving at all times.

Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as directed by Management.
