Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations of the coliving property, including check-ins, check-outs, and tenancy coordination.
Build and nurture a vibrant resident community through engagement activities and events.
Handle tenant enquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services to ensure property upkeep.
Monitor occupancy, rental collections, and operational performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
Support marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and brand awareness.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvement strategies.
