Core Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Partner Relations: Building and maintaining partnerships with community stakeholders, including private/public organizations, and corporations.
• Volunteer Management: Recruiting, coordinating, training, and retaining volunteers, including organizing recognition initiatives.
• Outreach & Event Planning: Developing and executing community outreach events, programs, and campaigns to boost visibility.
• Communications & Marketing: Creating content (articles, newsletters) to support community projects and managing social media or outreach platforms.
• Data & Administration: Managing volunteer/stakeholder databases, tracking KPIs to evaluate project effectiveness, and monitoring engagement budgets. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in public relations, events planning, community outreach, or non-profit/social service sectors.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for engaging diverse groups and preparing reports.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple events and projects simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of data collection tools and social media analytics.
• Requirements: A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred
