About the Role
We are seeking a Community Content & Account Executive (1-Year Contract) to support the management and delivery of a community social media account over a 12-month period.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, working with community stakeholders, and translating real-life moments into engaging digital content — while keeping timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track.
You will work closely with senior account leadership, content strategists, creators, and designers to execute approved content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-the-Ground Content Execution
Attend community events, walkabouts, programmes, and activities
Capture lightweight content (mobile photos, short videos, behind-the-scenes moments)
Identify authentic storytelling opportunities involving residents and volunteers
Support scheduled shoots with videographers and photographers when required
Ensure content is appropriate, respectful, and aligned with community guidelines
2. Day-to-Day Account & Content Management
Manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules
Collate content for internal review and client approval
Track approvals, revisions, and publishing timelines
Publish approved content across:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
WhatsApp Channels
Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages within agreed timelines
3. Stakeholder & Client Coordination
Liaise with community officers and stakeholders on:
Event schedules and content opportunities
Clarifications and last-minute changes
Support coordination of campaign rollouts and on-site logistics
Maintain clear, professional communication with public-sector stakeholders
4. Campaign Support
Support the execution of quarterly social media campaigns
Assist in adapting campaign content across platforms and audience segments
Work with content strategists and creators to implement ideas on the ground
Flag sensitive issues, public sentiment, or potential risks early
5. Reporting & Administration
Assist in compiling monthly performance data and analytics
Prepare draft observations and insights for reporting
Maintain organised content and asset libraries
Track deliverables to ensure timely completion
Requirements
Experience & Skills
1–3 years of experience in:
Social media management
Content creation
Digital marketing
Account coordination
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Preferred Attributes
Singaporean or PR (preferred for community and public-sector environments)
Comfortable engaging residents, volunteers, and grassroots stakeholders
Social-media-savvy with an eye for authentic, people-centred content
Professional, respectful, and calm in public-facing situations
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
