Job Description

• Responsible for managing, organizing, planning, and executing all activities, events and program for the department

• To plan and execute the department’s annual workplan

• To develop programs/events to facilitate for the department’s programs, events and activities

• To organise visits to Temple and Museum as a community outreach

• To organise activities/program for volunteers eg, Provide training, support and bonding

• To organise local/overseas Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) outreach programs 

• Support the temple events and activities when required.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master's degree

• Minimum 3 years of museum or / and corporate communications or religion related experience

• Able to build rapport and conduct presentations 

• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels.

• IT Savy

• Independent as well as good team player with good planning and organisational skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work within a time frame with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to work on weekday weekends, certain public holidays and related festive. 

• Preferably possess adequate knowledge of religion for planning of programs.
