Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour

Work Type: 12-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 5,000 per month + Completion Bonus

What you will be working on?

• Engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including community partners, venue providers, and external agencies to support programme outreach and impact
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth end-to-end programme execution, including venue sourcing, logistics, and event coordination
• Support the planning and implementation of marketing and publicity efforts to increase awareness and participation
• Assist in organising community initiatives and facilitating participation from relevant groups and beneficiaries
• Develop and manage data collection processes to track programme performance and support continuous improvement
• Handle administrative and financial processes, including procurement and reimbursement documentation, in compliance with guidelines
• Monitor KPIs, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance programme effectiveness
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in Event Management/ Art Management / Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in event management and coordination would be advantageous.
