Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that strengthen brand presence and organisational messaging
• Craft compelling content across multiple formats including press releases, newsletters, corporate announcements, and digital platforms
• Ensure all communications are consistently aligned with the company's brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
• Manage media relations by building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry platforms
• Monitor media coverage, public perception, and audience sentiment to identify opportunities and flag potential reputation risks
• Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to deliver integrated and impactful communication campaigns
• Support crisis communication efforts by preparing timely, clear, and professional messaging for sensitive situations
• Plan and coordinate internal communication initiatives that foster employee engagement and a cohesive workplace culture
• Track and analyse communication campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendations for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on communication trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency
• Creative thinker with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and purposeful messages across diverse audiences and platforms
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
