True to their business, this firm is an established brand in the Commodities market. They are committed in their product offerings and are keen to hire a Treasury Officer for their Treasury team.   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and handle payments, remittances  
• Deal with bank account maintenance and account opening
• Handle annual KYC reviews
• Participate in cash management
• Liaise with bankers
• Deal with Trade Finance e.g. Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit etc. (Back up Duties)
• Prepare internal Treasury reports
• Work closely with various stakeholders
• Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum 2 years of Treasuryand Trade Finance experience in the Commodities Trading, shipping industry
• Possess hands on experience in remittances and payment processing
• Handled and dealt with bankers directly
• Diligent, proactive, keen eye for details and has good interpersonal and communication skills
