• Global maritime service group and leading ship supplier serving merchant marine, offshore, and defense industries.
• West location – Tuas (5-mins walk from Gul Circle MRT)
• 5.5 days: Mon 2pm-6pm and Tue – Sat 9am to 6pm
• $2,800 - $3,300 + AWS

Responsibilities

• Handling of all customers' (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.
• Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders.
• Financial responsibilities - Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies.
• Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities.
• Assist in managing weekly order status reporting.
• Provide administrative support for the Manager.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English & Chinese is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure
