Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Manage the preparation, review, submission, and follow-up of tenders, quotations, proposals, and commercial bids.

Review and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontractor agreements.

Ensure all contractual terms, commercial risks, obligations, and deliverables are clearly identified and managed.

Monitor project budgets, costs, revenue, margins, and profitability in coordination with the Project and Finance teams.

Prepare cost estimates, pricing structures, commercial proposals, and variation claims.

Manage client relationships and support negotiations to secure new projects and business opportunities.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments on commercial and contractual matters.

Identify commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Track contract performance, payment terms, invoices, claims, and outstanding receivables.

Support project teams in managing variations, extensions of time, claims, and contractual disputes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.

Prepare regular commercial reports, forecasts, and management updates.

Maintain proper records of contracts, quotations, tender documents, commercial correspondence, and approvals.

Lead and guide the commercial team, where applicable, to ensure efficient and accurate execution of commercial activities.
