Job Description

· Sourcing of materials and manpower, commercial estimation and customer billing.

· Provide quotation independently for enquires from customers.

· Creation of Budget Costing Sheet before generation of quotation.

· Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering and Operations Department for all commercial related matters.

· Liaise with customers for job clarifications to prepare quotation.

· Carry out site inspection to understand the job scope for quotation generation when required.

· Hold inter-department discussions to understand the work that needs to be quoted for.

· Assist Sales by coordinating with our internal department in all aspects.

· Any other duties assigned by the HOD or Management as and when necessary.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess Tertiary Education

· At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative function

· Able to multi-task to meet quotation submission deadlines

· Team player with positive attitude at work

· Able to work independently
