• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: CNC Machinist
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon – Sat, 8.00am – 4.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $1,250 + $250 Housing Allowance + $500 Fixed allowance + OT + Performance bonus (Quarterly)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC machines for tasks like drilling, grinding, and milling.
• Set up, adjust, and operate basic and advanced machine tools for precise machining.
• Verify documents related to work orders.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand task specifications.
• Ensure equipment is set up safely and correctly.
• Convert instructions into computer commands for machine operations.
• Inspect finished products using micrometers and calipers to meet specifications.
• Load raw materials and parts, and perform test runs to check output.
• Deburr parts while machines are running.
• Monitor machines to ensure safe and quality production.
• Adjust machines for dimensional accuracy.
• Report any machine malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to communicate, read, and understand instructions, drawings, and do basic math.
• Willingness to work extended hours if needed.
