Job Summary

Operate and program CNC Lathe machines (FANUC & MAZATROL) to produce precision-engineered parts by interpreting engineering drawings and applying quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC Lathe machines using FANUC and MAZATROL controls to manufacture precision components
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols to ensure accurate machining of parts
• Select and set up appropriate tools for machining tasks to meet production requirements
• Perform quality inspections on machined parts to verify compliance with specifications and standards
• Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production processes
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of API and ISO quality standards to support compliance and quality assurance
• Experience machining high-alloy materials used in oil and gas applications to handle specialized manufacturing needs
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant CNC machining experience in precision engineering or mechanical engineering fields
