Be part of our vibrant nightlife team as a Security Officer or Security Supervisor, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, and company property.
• Conduct patrols and monitor premises for security concerns.
• Enforce access control procedures and verify identification where required.
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Maintain order professionally and assist in conflict de-escalation.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a safe environment.

Additional Responsibilities for Security Supervisors

• Supervise and coordinate security operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead and support Security Officers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with management and emergency services when necessary.

What We Are Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Good observation skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team.Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Security Officer License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
• Supervisory experience preferred for Security Supervisor applicants.
