Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control all technical aspects of projects.
• Lead or contribute to new system/network infrastructure setups or upgrades.
• Support operational systems in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS; experience in virtualized environments is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, hypervisors, and the Nutanix platform is an advantage.
• Understanding of VPNs and firewall appliances is beneficial.
• Familiarity with network switches and routers is preferred.
