• 5.5 days work' week including weekday and weekends, shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
• Willingness to travel to various locations to cover Cluster Clinics when necessary.

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinics.
• Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.

What We Are Looking for

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Experience in outpatient GP Clinic operations is mandatory for this position.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• At least 2 years of working experience in GP Clinic is required to be considered for Senior position.
