• Enhance concierge services, optimize patient experience, and promote holistic, evidence-based care.
• Manage patients' feedback
• Demonstrates nursing competencies for Gynaecology patient in a specialised Women's Clinic
• Maintain and care for tools and supplies such the emergency trolley, oxygen tanks, medical supplies, clinic supplies, and blankets, including providing feedback to assist on vendor evaluation.
• Exhibits assurance and competence when preparing patients for all procedures, including core biopsy vacuum assisted biopsy, fine needle aspiration cytology, and post-procedures etc
• Injection / Blood taking / Dispense medication for patients
• Billing / Medisave submission / Financial counselling for patient
• Maintain quality records according to guidelines
• Orientation and induction of new staff
• Monitor and assess performance of junior staff
• Plan roster and staff coverage
• Other ad hoc role assigned by RO.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of OB&G experience
• Valid BCLS and AED will be a plus
• Immediate starter is preferred
