Job Description
A reputable specialist medical clinic located in Novena is looking for a Clinic Executive to support daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient service delivery in a specialist healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with doctors and healthcare professionals to maintain smooth clinic workflows and high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform front desk and patient service duties, including registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries
• Manage patient records, documentation, and clinic administration
• Handle billing, invoicing, Medisave, insurance claims, and payment processing
• Coordinate referrals, investigations, and follow-up appointments
• Assist in clinic operations and workflow coordination
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, clinic policies, and healthcare regulations
• Liaise with internal staff and external healthcare providers when required
• Support general administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in a specialist clinic or medical clinic environment preferred
• Familiarity with clinic management systems and medical billing processes
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a clinical setting
