Clinic Executive (Geriatrics)

$2,500 ~ $3,500 / month

Working locations: • Central

Working hours:

• 5.5 days week.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage calls, as well as handle patient inquiries via email and WhatsApp.

• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.

• Manage patient records, ensuring accurate data entry into system.

• Prepare, verify, and submit insurance claims and other billing documents.

• Handle MediSave-related processes and ensuring proper documentation.

• Handle payments via cash, credit card, NETS, and electronic transfers, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

• Counsel patients on surgery procedures, preparations, and post-operative care.

• Monitor and manage stock levels of medical supplies and clinic inventory.

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.

• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to speak dialects is a plus.

• Honest and demonstrates integrity in all tasks.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Passionate, friendly, patient, and cheerful demeanor.

• Good communication skills.
