Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and welcome visitors at the clinic.

• Keep the clinic clean and tidy.

• Help patients with registration, booking appointments, billing, and payments.

• Arrange tests and procedures for patients.

• Do office tasks like handling insurance claims, keeping records, managing stock, and settling accounts.

• Assist doctors during consultations

• Do other tasks given by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma in any field

• Prior relevant customer service or clinic assistant experience is preferred

• Possess basic computer literacy as the role will require usage of web-based system

• Team player
