-VIRTUE MEDICAL CLINIC is looking for FULL-TIME Clinic Assistants to join our Fledging healthcare group!

We are a family-oriented GP clinic group that believes in valuing our staff / good team-work in order to achieve the best outcomes for patient care.

Responsibilities of a Clinic Assistant
* Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients
* Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor.
* Generate bills and invoices for patients, and collect payments.
* Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
* Receive and distribute lab reports, communicate with the doctor, and contact patients accordingly
* Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
* Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness
* Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
* Prior experience in clinic operations (minimum 1 year)
* Knowledge of relevant government and insurance schemes and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Hours: 44 hours/week including 1 weekend shift
Start Date: 01/02/2026
