Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients for consultation and assist with appointments
• Prepare and dispense medications, as well as advise on payment options
• Handle phone and walk-in queries with professionalism and care
• Top up, pack, and order medications and supplies
• Assist doctors with simple procedures (e.g. taking vitals, performing tests, setting up equipment, chaperone, prepare lab tubes/forms, perform urine test)
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
• Support Clinic Manager and/or Doctors with any other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Working hour - Mon - Friday 8.30am to 1pm Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
• Minimum GCE “O”/ “A” Levels or Diploma holders
• No experience required – training will be provided
• Comfortable with computers and the Internet
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Humble, hardworking, and responsible attitude
• Able to adapt quickly and step in to cover shifts at short notice
