Roles & Responsibilities

Pre-requisites: -

· Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic computer knowledge with Han Yu Pin Yin inputs

· Relevant working experience will be an added advantage

Responsible for all the operational activities in the clinic.

Duties at the reception counter include, but are not limited to the following: -

• registration of patients including retrieving and filing of patients’ consultation cards and entering of patients’ details into the computer system
• cashier duties which include reconciliation of daily cash collection, preparing bank-in lists and depositing of cheques and cash.
• taking appointments (where applicable)
• taking phone calls and handling patients’ enquiries.

Duties at the dispensary include, but are not limited to the following: -

• dispensing duties
• regular monitoring of stock and raising purchase orders
• receiving stocks
• month end stock take

Physicians’ assistance duties include, but are not limited to the following: -

• checking and ensuring that treatment rooms are fully equipped at the beginning of the day
• assists physicians or chaperon male physicians when they are carrying out treatment and procedures for female patients.
• identify patient’s needs when they ring the call bells for assistance
• in-between patients tidying of treatment rooms
• ensuring that all equipment are duly switched off at the end of the day

Others: -

• general housekeeping of the clinic including tidying of reception area, dispensary, consultation and treatment rooms.
• administrative duties e.g., petty cash management, sorting and distributing of incoming mails and documents received via courier / dispatch etc.
• perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
