• Handles inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
• Making outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres
• Coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
• Make bookings and help with registrations of patients
• Assist issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
• Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
• Assist other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administrative Support) / ITE Certificate in Health Care or its equivalent
• Prior experience of 1-2 years in a hospital or clinic setting
• Pleasant disposition with ability to provide good customer service
• Proficient in computer skills
