Responsibilities

• Perform administration duties.
• Assisting chiropractic doctors in the clinic.
• Schedule and follow up on patients appointment.
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls.
• Perform daily general housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and tidy.
• Handling payments.
• Easy, non- high volume work shift.
• Able to manoeuvre physically with ease through confined spaces around treatment tables while assisting patient transition from sleep to stand position, if any.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• 36 hours per week scheduling.
• a total of 128 hours per month.
• able to take constructive feedback.
• team player.
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary ranges from $2100 to $2600 depending on experience.
