Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

As a Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival

· Scheduling appointments and managing patient records

· Assisting healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures

· Handling administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims

· Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment

· Ensure high standards of patient care are maintained, including patient satisfaction, timely service, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols

· Foster a patient-centred environment, addressing patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally

· Ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

· Minimum of “N” level or NITEC certificate

· Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong multitasking abilities

· Proficiency in using computer software
