Job Summary

Provide frontline support in a clinic setting, including patient registration, customer service, and administrative duties. This role is suitable for candidates with a positive attitude and strong service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Provide frontline customer service to patients
• Handle basic administrative duties and data entry
• Support clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clinic

Requirements

• Minimum N/O Levels
• Customer service experience preferred
